Fear/Break Loose/

Inspiring and encouraging others to break free from what’s holding them back from a great and fulfilling life

“Breakups” Are A Gift (Monday’s Life Note)

The past heartbreak led to a present peace.

“Let the heartbreaks of both the past and present be a doorway to a future peace.”-ShuCora Walker

That’s a personal statement from me. I believe that good can come from broken things, especially things that were never meant for you in the first place. In terms of “heartbreaks”, I’m speaking about more than relationships but anything that have broken your confidence, spirit, self-esteem, expectations, etc. Heartbreaks can come in many forms but they each offer the same reward: a new beginning. That reward only comes by making the necessary decisions to keep your life moving forward. Dismissing “dead” relationships. Leaving places that you’ve outgrown. Getting rid of baggage from past hurts or trauma…(coming out of victim hood). To have the opportunity to start over in life is a precious gift from God because it yields a new perspective to certain things that have happened in our lives.

“The past heartbreak led to a present peace.” To get rid of the old is to make room for the new. The answer to emptiness is to become filled but not with just anything. The heartbreaks must be replaced with genuine peace not bitterness or regret. To be truthful, I have no regrets about the “heartbreaking” decisions I had to make in order to invite peace in my life. I look better now. I feel better now. I even have the space now to focus on the things that truly matter to me due to the dismissal of the distractions. So the next step is to up my faith and grab hold of a new chapter full of life-giving friendships, destiny opportunities….and one day settle down with ONE King fitted for this ONE Queen right here….(hey don’t pay no me attention right now 😆)

As always feel free to leave your thoughts and good day!

About Me

Hi..My name is ShuCora Walker. No, I am not the woman in the picture, but my words represent people like her. People who love good conversations. People who enjoy sharing their life stories. People who tell the truth to not only inspire but to heal, learn, and grow. I have been writing since my preteen years and found peace in letting my heart bleed out on the paper through my words. The focus of my writing has always been to share stories of triumph, struggles, and faith because God is the reason why I write. I remember at one point that I wanted to take my life, but God deemed it not to be because He still had a purpose for my life. Now, I am using my words to share my life journey so others can learn from it. Yes, one day I plan to open up this platform to other writers so we can continue to learn from different experiences of life. So, this is a space for anyone seeking to live a life of real freedom and enjoy some good moments along the way…
