God Made Me (A Short Poem)

Your thought of “me” set off an explosion of a masterpiece

Out the depths of darkness….here comes a light

A shining light made to stand out in this world

Your thought of “me” set off an explosion of a masterpiece

The words I speak, The role I play….Created for your glory

Every part of my being cries out to You

This praise that I will forever sing of You…GOD

Happy Tuesday, overcomers! This poem is inspired by a chapter that I was reading in my Bible: Psalm 139. There are days that I feel like “I’m not enough”, but this chapter reminds me that I mean the world to my Creator for Him to think about the creativity and knowledge He used to put me together. Whether you believe in God or not, you still have to admit that we are some pretty cool creations!

I remember at one point that I wanted to take my life, but God deemed it not to be because He still had a purpose for my life. Now, I am using my words to share my life journey so others can learn from it.
