Inspiring and encouraging others to break free from what’s holding them back from a great and fulfilling life

You know what’s easy? Talking. We can talk all day, and never have to put forth any effort behind those words. The sad thing about “talking” is that it doesn’t lift my hand to write content or turn my iPad on so I can create Instagram posts for my business. Yes, words do carry power, but action has to follow. Encouragement is powerful and can give the person the boost they need to move forward. Criticism, (not the helpful kind), and demeaning comments can destroy a person’s will to act on their ambitions. When a person decides to put aside their insecurities and the opinions of others, they start to come into the understanding of what it means to be. You don’t just talk forgiving others, you become a forgiving person. You don’t just talk success, you become a successful person. You don’t just talk change, you become the change. To be is to establish within yourself the character, the mindset, and the heart posture that you need to live out your destined life. So, I believe it’s time for some of us to have a genuine meeting with ourselves to map out how life is going to be from this point forward. Confront the things that are holding you back. Expand the areas that are needing more growth and maturity. Do not forget to stay focused on the talents, insight, and even the uniqueness you have been blessed with. Start to BE. (It’s time to meet the future YOU.)

As always feel free to comment and share your thoughts. Good day overcomers!

About Me

Hi..My name is ShuCora Walker. No, I am not the woman in the picture, but my words represent people like her. People who love good conversations. People who enjoy sharing their life stories. People who tell the truth to not only inspire but to heal, learn, and grow. I have been writing since my preteen years and found peace in letting my heart bleed out on the paper through my words. The focus of my writing has always been to share stories of triumph, struggles, and faith because God is the reason why I write. I remember at one point that I wanted to take my life, but God deemed it not to be because He still had a purpose for my life. Now, I am using my words to share my life journey so others can learn from it. Yes, one day I plan to open up this platform to other writers so we can continue to learn from different experiences of life. So, this is a space for anyone seeking to live a life of real freedom and enjoy some good moments along the way…
