Rejection is not always the easiest thing to deal with but at some point in your life (if you are trying to move on), you know you have to deal with it. The first step is to be open about it. We all are humans and we do feel emotions, pain, and hurt regardless of how you show it or suppress it. The best thing you can do for yourself is let go. Let go of what happen. Allow the tears to flow. Allow the truth to speak. Allow yourself the time to get back up again. The point of having conversations like these is for us to move on….. Not stay the same. So let’s think of our conversations for this month as healing sessions.
Venting is good but healing is better.
