Instead of counting down the minutes and stressing over what “might” happen on tomorrow, challenge yourself to make use of the time you have NOW. Stress, anxiety, and fear can steal hours on top of hours of your time if you allow it. Yes, there are responsibilities in life that we must tend to, but life should not be spent worrying about “what was” and “what’s next”. It is wise to prepare for the future, but all of that planning should not cause you to miss out on the goodness and peace of right now. So, what have you missed out on because you were wrapped up in those negative thoughts? What could you have accomplished in those times that you procrastinated? What new memories could you have been making when you were stuck waddling in the pain of way back then?
Time is precious.
Time is not an inconvience.
Time can be a treasure to those that use it right, and a curse to those who waste it.
