Childish ways breeds impulsive acts
Impulsive acts turns into troubled days
Troubled days follows the pace of undisciplined ways
Behind me are the selfish desires of wanting things my way
Before me are the decisions that lay waste to my past patterns
Long gone the days of chasing the profane

The thing about “growing up” is knowing when to “grow up”. There were things that I did in my younger years that I have come to renounce in my present time. I realized that the youthful lusts that I was chasing were not worth my time anymore. Consequences come in many forms….some in a natural sense and others come more of a mental disturbance or a heartbreak. I prefer to live life on a different set of terms…(a way that breathes life into my soul)..
